The British National and 2* FEI classes were back again on the Royal Estate of Sandringham, joined by the Coaching Club and Association Internationale d’Attelage de Tradition which the organisers were delighted to welcome back after the success of last year.

The weekend of competition began on Thursday for an afternoon of FEI Dressage. Pressure was on for the Single Horse drivers as Sandringham was their final qualifier ahead of the Single World Championships in Kronenberg later on in the year, and to their joy all drivers needing scores achieved their under 65s making them eligible for team selection. The best test of the day was driven by Tara Wilkinson (FEI Horse Pairs) who achieved a 45.27.
